  • All labels, seals, and invoices are intact

  • Expired return request (after 48 hours of delivery)

  4. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you for self-shipping

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after product inspection and approval
  • Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued via:
    • Original payment method, or
    • Bank transfer (if applicable)

5. Replacement Policy

  • If the product is damaged or incorrect, we offer a free replacement
  • Replacement will be shipped within 3–5 working days after approval

6. Shipping Charges

  • Free return pickup for damaged/incorrect products
  • For other approved cases, shipping charges may apply

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
